  • Promesa Program Task Force

The Promesa Program Task Force is our response to support undergraduate chapters in need of assistance with the recruitment and retention of interested members due to the low number of active members. Oftentimes, members at chapter's below the Minimum Member Policy are unable to effectively recruit and retain interested members due to being at their maximum in other chapter responsibilities. This program is available to undergraduate chapters on an opt-in basis. Task Force members will recruit, prepare, and engage with Interested Members to support these chapters. Task Force members must be an active alumnae in good standing with either PL1 or PL2 status and have experience overseeing interested members either at the undergraduate or alumna level. Candidates applying to be a Promesa Representative at the same institution where they were initiated and graduated from are preferred.
