Throughout the day, participants will engage in interactive workshops, leadership development sessions, and networking opportunities designed to support sisters at every stage of their journey—from navigating college and early career transitions to advancing in professional spaces and community leadership. The conference will also create intentional opportunities for Undergraduate and Alumnae members to connect, collaborate, and share experiences, strengthening the intergenerational sisterhood that defines our organization.
In addition to professional development, Spring Conference will highlight our commitment to service, civic engagement, and the purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha, with activities that connect our sisterhood to the work of our national philanthropies and the communities we serve.
Whether you are looking to sharpen your professional skills, build meaningful connections, or be inspired by the collective power of our sisterhood, Spring Conference offers a space to learn, engage, and grow together in Unity, Love, and Respect.
Registration will close on April 7, 2026. Excuse Letters DUE March 28, 2026.
Required attendees to all area meetings and events are:
