We believe leadership shows up in many forms. Whether you’ve ever thought about running for office, supporting a campaign, working behind the scenes, or simply want to better understand how elections and advocacy work, this series is for you. You don’t need prior experience, just curiosity and a desire to make an impact in your community.
Throughout the series, we’ll explore different paths to civic leadership from learning what it’s like to run for office, to hearing from those who manage campaigns, to testing your knowledge in a fun trivia night, there’s something for everyone.
Events begin February 1, 2026, and most sessions are open to members and non-members. Whether you’re brand new to civic engagement or looking to take the next step, we hope you’ll join us.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Have you ever wondered what it really takes to run for office? This event explores the idea that leadership and public service are not reserved for a select few but are accessible to women from all backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life.
Participants will learn about the different pathways to candidacy, common barriers women face when considering a run for office, and how leadership within community and organizational spaces can be a powerful starting point. Whether you’re curious about running one day or simply want to better understand how women enter public leadership, this event is for you.
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Not everyone wants to be the candidate, and that’s where campaign teams come in. Join us for an inside look at the role of a campaign manager and the many ways individuals can support candidates and causes they believe in.
This event will cover what campaign managers do day-to-day, how campaigns are structured, and what skills are helpful for working behind the scenes. Ideal for those interested in political strategy, communications, organizing, or advocacy without being on the ballot themselves.
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
This Member-Only event puts your knowledge to the test in this interactive, trivia night focused on elections, civic engagement, and leadership. This social-style event is designed to reinforce learning from the series in a fun, low-pressure environment.
Participants can expect a Jeopardy-style format with questions ranging from election basics to civic history and leadership facts. Come ready to learn, laugh, and connect with other members.

Hear directly from Greek elected officials as they share their journeys into public service and reflect on the responsibilities, challenges, and impact of holding office. This panel highlights the power of representation and the role Greek-letter organizations can play in cultivating future leaders.
Panelists will discuss how they got started, what leadership skills carried over into public office, and advice for those interested in civic engagement, whether through elected office, advocacy, or community leadership.
