Alpha Phi Executive Board Vacancies - COA Position 2025-2026 🌴

Good Evening Sisters & Siblings, 

The 2025 - 2026 TXA1 Alpha Phi Alumnae Chapter Board has vacancies in the following positions:

Chapter Orientation Advisor

To be eligible to serve as a Chapter Orientation Advisor, a member must:

  • Be an actove alumnae member in good standing
  • Not on Monies Outstanding and/or on the National Sanctions List
  • Canidates for the office of COA shall be prophytes. In the event there is no candidate who meets these criteria, the requirements shall be waived
Reminder, for COA, in order for the member to be able to PM a line:
  • They must be a Prophyte Level 2
  • Have been an active alumnae member with the chapter who has been actove at least two semesters immediately prior to the semester in which orientation is taking place
  • Must attend any mandated trainings in order to oversee an orientation class
Please see below for the responsibilities of the Alumnae COA as outlined in Standing Rules:
  • The COA shall report to the AOC. They shall also report to the ARRC regarding recruitment activities
  • The COA shall attend annual training hosted by the AOC and ARRC and any other additional training offered
  • The COA shall follow and enforce the recruitment and retention program and all policies and procedures
  •  The COA shall implement recruitment tools and resources (i.e., flyers, presentations, literature, etc.) and conduct such activities when necessary
  • The COA shall coordinate the prophyte requirement completion, application, submission and upkeep in the process for awarding prophyte status in the chapter
  • The COA shall implement and oversee all orientation activities when necessary. Eligibility requirements must be adhered to (Standing Rules Part II, Chapter 7)
  • The COA shall be responsible for implementing National Anti-Hazing Prevention initiatives
Within the application, you will be asked to submit the following:
  • A letter of intent that shall include:
    • A narrative of the candidate
    • Reasons for candidacy
    • Strengths and innovation demonstrated to fulfill the position
  • Your LTA resume
