Lambda Lady Table Talk- Holding Space for Resiliency

Lambda Lady Table Talk is a forum for Sisters and Siblings to gather and discuss relevant topics, identities, and issues that affect our everyday lives. The purpose of Lambda Lady Table Talk is to foster a safe, inclusive space to share our thoughts, feelings, and ideals surrounding the topic being presented. The discussion will be moderated by members of the Alpha Xi Executive Board. The discussion will be formatted around open-ended questions on the topic chosen by the moderators, designed to encourage a collaborative dialogue for the duration of the gathering. Lambda Lady Table Talk sessions will begin with a meditation/grounding moment, followed by the discussion, and then end with resources and a call to action to broaden the scope of the conversation, so that we can continue to build community and resilience outside of this session. These forums will be conducted virtually, hybrid (virtual and in-person), or in-person, in order to accommodate all willing participants.
