Ready to become a Lifetime Active Member?

Lifetime membership is a benefit offered to members of 10 years or more, in good standing or completed a term in leadership, and provides an array of benefits (for more details about eligibility, review Standing Rules, Part II, Chapter 5). Taking this next step in your membership experience is a declaration of your lifetime commitment to the progress and growth of Lambda Theta Alpha!

We invite you to consider Lifetime Active Membership this year 2023-2024! Applications are accepted year-round and can be submitted via the Lifetime Active Membership Form. You must have a CampusGroups account - please contact

If you are already a Lifetime Member, you must notify the Alumnae Chapter nearest you of your intent to be active every semester. Emails will be sent out at the beginning of each semester with steps on how to do so.

If you have any questions pertaining to Lifetime Active Membership, please contact Jennifer Alcaraz, Director of Alumnae Affairs at alumnae@lambdalady.org.

Voting Privileges and Options:

When you associate yourself with an alumnae chapter, you have voting privileges on both local topics (i.e., alumnae chapter and area) and national elections.

When you declare yourself as an Alumnae-at-Large, you are not associated with an alumnae chapter, therefore you enjoy national election voting privileges only. (i.e., you do not have voting privileges on local alumnae chapter and area topics).

NOTE: You will be asked to declare your alumnae chapter, or Alumnae-at-Large status, at least once a year.

When will I be able to declare my active preferences?

Biannually, the Director of Alumnae Affairs will reach out to all Lifetime Active Members updated information for your Active Sister Listing.

You can also submit updates to your record, such as mailing address updates, or alumnae chapter preference, here.

Recruitment & Orientation Privileges:

We encourage Lifetime Active Members to be engaged in recruitment and retention efforts as well!

You may participate in any orientation activities if you have completed an Orientation Workshop once per sorority (academic) year. Questions about your most recent Orientation Workshop attendance may be referred to the local Area Orientation Coordinator (AOC).

  • NOTE: Neophytes and first-semester prophytes must attend an Orientation Workshop during the same semester of participation.

When will I know when Orientation Workshops are taking place?

Every Area Orientation Coordinator will offer Orientation Workshops every semester, regardless of whether or not the area is hosting orientation.

Need to Update Your Info?

Submit updates to your record, such as mailing address updates, or alumnae chapter preference through our Directory Listing Updates form.

When can I submit updates to my information?

Updates can be submitted at any point during the year. If you have any questions, please reach out to alumnae@lambdalady.org.
