Regional Supervisor
Gamma Rho Chapter, Fall 2003, Founding Sister
What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to all the in person events and seeing the state come together once again after being virtual for so long.
The Regional Supervisor shall serve as the direct liaison between the region and the Board of Directors and inform their board and members to facilitate matters within their region. The RS shall serve as the voting delegate for the region at all Leadership Team meetings and other in which their presence is requested.
The RS oversee the Area Coordinators, Chapter Presidents, and the Regional Board. The RS also works really closely with the Director of Undergraduate Affairs, Vice President of Internal Affairs, and National President.
Regional Administrative Supervisor

What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to road tripping across the state of Texas to share new experiences within our sisterhood!
The Regional Administrative Supervisor shall serve in place of the Regional Supervisor, during their absence or should they not fulfill their term. The RAS shall work with the Director of Risk Management to ensure compliance of the Risk Management Manual.
The RAS oversee the Area Administrative Coordinators, Chapter Vice Presidents and Chapter Secretaries. The RAS work with National Committees and Regional Committees.
Regional Finance Supervisor

What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to meeting all our members across the region and supporting them however I can.
The Regional Finance Supervisor shall oversee and adhere to the financial internal controls for the region. The RFS will also work with the Regional Supervisor on any off campus events and the necessary planning to host. The RFS also works with members on financial events, fundraisers and gaining financial knowledge in their personal lives.
The Regional Finance Supervisor oversees the Area Finance Coordinator, Chapter Treasurers, and Fundraising Chairs. The RFS also works with the Vice President of Finance and the National Finance Committee.
Regional Orientation Supervisor

What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to seeing sisters from all across the region come together at our regional conference in the spring!
The Regional Orientation Supervisor oversees all orientation of new members for our chapters.
The ROS works with our Area Orientation Coordinators and Chapter Orientation Advisors. The Regional Orientation Supervisor works with FSL departments and guidelines as well as our National Orientation Committee.
Regional Recruitment & Retention Supervisor

What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to creating amazing memories with the region. I look forward to laughing and having fun with all our members.
The Regional Recruitment & Retention Supervisor oversees all recruitment efforts for our chapters. The RRRS also oversees the retention of our interested members within our region.
The Regional Recruitment & Retention Supervisor works with our Promesa Representatives, Expansion Representatives, Area Recruitment & Retention Coordinators, South Central Recruitment Committee Members, and National Recruitment Committee Members.
