CORE (Cultivating Opportunities through Resilience and Empowerment program)
Purpose Adapted from the original purpose and vision of the Lambda Lady Pursuit of Excellence Program (PEP), established in 2012, the Cultivating Opportunities through Resilience and Empowerment program (CORE) is an undergraduate chapter success metrics program focused on strengthening the health of undergraduate chapters and enriching the experience of undergraduate members.
The program will:
1. Help undergraduate chapters meet and/or exceed the established university standards to be viable and successful members of the fraternity and sorority life community and their respective campuses
2. Assist individual undergraduate chapters in identifying strengths and targeted areas of Development.
3. Uphold the mission and exemplify the principles of Lambda Theta Alpha.
