Welcome to the Unity Mediation Program—a transformative initiative by the Director of Risk Management’s Team designed to empower our members to navigate conflicts and discover meaningful resolutions. By fostering accountability and facilitating a structured process, we aim to reconnect members with one of our foundational principles of Unity, ensuring that every voice is heard and every member is supported. This program takes the factor of bias out of the equation by prohibiting Unity Advisors from mediating for their own areas to ensure neutrality.

We hope this experience brings you toward mutual understanding and meaningful resolutions.
